Key Responsibilities: • Support franchisees in planning and executing marketing activities to improve brand visibility and admissions. • Conduct presentations and counselling sessions for new and existing parents. • Influence and persuade franchisees to invest in marketing initiatives. • Drive admissions growth through lead generation and conversion activities. • Identify and onboard new schools for marketing campaigns and partnerships. • Be available to work on weekends, primarily Sundays, based on business requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, schools, parents and stakeholders. • Travel extensively across Coimbatore, Erode, Tiruppur and Nilgiris for business development activities. Eligibility Criteria: Experience : 4–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development. Industry background – EdTech, insurance, telecom & banking sector. • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively • Native/Well-acquainted with Coimbatore market preferred
