Role Overview We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and scale paid ad campaigns remotely. This is not a posting role—it’s a numbers-driven role focused on CPL, CPA, and ROAS. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn Ads (B2B focus preferred) Drive qualified leads & conversions, not just traffic Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate Execute A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixels) Build retargeting strategies & funnel flows Deliver weekly performance reports with insights + scaling plans What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands-on paid ads experience Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Proven ability to generate leads/sales at optimized CPL/CPA Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setup Analytical mindset—comfortable making decisions from data Self-driven and disciplined (since this is fully remote) Preferred Familiarity with landing page optimization (CRO) Google / Meta certifications Why Join DXDasia?
