We're hiring a Content Strategist at Neuroid! Only for those who doesn't know how to make boring content :) Location: New Delhi (Hybrid, on-site) Experience: 2–4 years Type: Full-time The Gist We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content — the kind of person who watches a reel and instantly clocks the hook, the cut, and why it's working. You'll own content strategy across multiple brands, pitch creative concepts, and bridge the gap between performance creatives and brand storytelling. About Neuroid Neuroid is a growth studio for D2C operators catalyzing transformative partnerships. A full funnel growth partner helping brands scale with performance marketing, ad commercials/brand campaigns, UGCs/performance creatives, CRO & retention. Been worked with brands like Lifelong, Woodenstreet, Kisah, Superbottoms, Yoho, Jewelsmars, Silverfied, NourishYou, DeepImpact, Truth&Hair etc. What you'll do Build content strategies for brands across industries — formats, hooks, narratives, distribution Conceptualize creatives for both performance marketing (CTR-driving, conversion-focused) and brand campaigns (narrative-led, top-of-funnel) Pitch ideas and decks directly to clients — this is a client-facing role Work closely with creators, editors, and designers to bring ideas to life Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform shifts (we expect you to already be doing this for fun) Translate brand briefs into content that actually performs What we're looking for 2–4 years at a content/marketing/creative agency, having worked across multiple brands Sharp understanding of creator economy, content formats, and platform-native storytelling Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and "explaining a wild idea to a skeptical client" Solid grip on what makes performance creative different from brand creative Comfort with ambiguity and fast turnarounds Bonus points That creative-ADHD brain where ideas don't stop showing up uninvited Have personally created or scripted content (not just briefed it) Know your way around tools like Notion, Frame.io, or basic editing software Apply now if you feel this role is for you!
