Brand Lead (Brand x Creative Strategy) (You will define how brands think, not just how they look.) This is not a “brand manager” role. This is not a “make it premium” role. This is a thinking role. At Porcellia, brand is not separate from performance. Brand is what makes performance work. Creative strategy is how it scales. And this role sits at the center of both. What this role actually is You are the person we trust to answer: Why will this brand win? Why will someone care? Why will someone buy? Not in theory. In execution. What you’ll actually be doing Defining positioning, narrative, and messaging systems for D2C brands Translating brand thinking into: ads landing pages funnels content ecosystems Working closely with Creative Strategy Leads to ensure: brand → creative → performance actually connects Auditing brands and identifying: where perception is broken where messaging is weak where storytelling is not converting Giving sharp feedback across: copy design tone structure Building repeatable brand systems , not one-off campaigns What makes you dangerous (in a good way) You are a natural storyteller You understand design, not just words You can look at a brand and instantly see: what’s off what’s missing what’s fake You don’t confuse: aesthetics with brand storytelling with fluff Ideally, you come from A design background (design school preferred, not mandatory) OR a strong copy / strategy background with deep design sensitivity Let’s make this very clear If we remove: the designer the copywriter the strategist You should still be able to: define the direction correct the work improve the output You’ll thrive here if You think deeply about why people buy You enjoy turning chaos into clarity You care about both story AND conversion You can work directly with founders and challenge them Don’t apply if You think brand = colors, fonts, logo You’ve never worked with performance teams You avoid numbers and feedback loops You need time to “explore” without direction The setup Bangalore (Hybrid) Direct founder collaboration You will shape how brands are built at Porcellia If you’re exceptional, this role can expand into owning the entire brand vertical. fill this form: Fill this form: PS.
