Job Description: Project Manager for AI Programs Duration: Full-Time Work Type: Noida (Onsite)About the Role BIG Language Solutions is transitioning from a human-only delivery model to an AI-first organization, with multiple concurrent AI initiatives including Virtual Interpreters (VI), QA Scoring for Interpretation Calls, AI Voice Over, Real-Time Interpretation APIs, and Intelligent Business Operations (IBO) powered by agentic AI. We are seeking aProject Manager for AI Programswho can drive execution excellence, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams across complex AI-driven projects. This role requires both strong program management capabilities and hands-on technical understanding, includingPython proficiency .Key Responsibilities Program & Project Management Own end-to-end delivery of multiple AI projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality targets are met Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, risk registers, and reporting dashboards Drive execution efficiency across parallel workstreams and ensure alignment with business goals AI Project Oversight Manage and coordinate delivery across: Virtual Interpreter (VI) Data annotation workflows and pipeline scaling Product feature development and iteration cycles Manage theAI-powered QA Scoring initiativefor interpretation calls AI Voice Over & Video Localization Coordination of transcription → MT → MTPE → voice-over pipelines Real-Time Interpretation APIs Support development and deployment timelines for live interpretation systems Intelligent Business Operations (IBO) Collaborate on agentic AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency Data & Annotation Management Oversee data annotation programs, including team coordination, quality assurance, and throughput optimization Ensure necessary data annotation efficiency and throughput Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary liaison betweenAI/Engineering, Product, and Operations teams Provide clear, structured updates to leadership and stakeholders Translate technical progress into business impact Process & Delivery Excellence Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Drive agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) across teams Ensure readiness for key go-live milestones and product launchesRequired Qualifications 5+ years of experiencein project or program management, preferably in AI/ML or technology-driven environments StrongPython coding skills(ability to understand, review, and coordinate technical workstreams) Proven experience managingcross-functional, complex technical projects Familiarity withAI/ML workflows , including data annotation, model training, and evaluation Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience inlanguage services, localization, or interpretation technologies Exposure tospeech AI, NLP, or real-time systems Experience working withdata pipelines and annotation platforms Understanding ofagentic AI systems or automation frameworksKey Competencies Execution-focused with strong attention to timelines and deliverables Ability to manage ambiguity in fast-evolving AI environments Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Technical fluency combined with business acumen
