The role involves actively managing sales strategies, engaging with potential and existing customers, and delivering outstanding customer service. Daily responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, building strong relationships, developing marketing strategies, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management processes. The Specialist will collaborate with teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management Experience in planning and conducting comprehensive Training programs Strategic thinking, with a focus on achieving targets and fostering client relationships Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience of 5-10 years in sales and marketing roles is preferred
