If your first instinct is to ask “what does the customer actually feel right now?” — keep reading.What You’ll Do:- Write high-performing ad copy across Meta, Google, Amazon, YouTube, influencer scripts, and offline campaigns Build campaign concepts grounded in consumer psychology — for parents, students, and educators across India Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) as a force multiplier, not a crutch — to ideate faster, A/B test more variations, and ship better work Partner with performance marketing, design, and category managers to translate business goals into creative that converts Develop distinct brand voices for our exam-prep flagship line and our Lil Legends early learning brandWhat We’re Looking For:- 2–4 years writing ad copy in an agency, brand, or D2C setting — with a portfolio that proves it Deep curiosity about why people buy — behavioral economics, persuasion frameworks, cultural insight Strong fundamentals in advertising and marketing (you’ve read Ogilvy, Sullivan, Sharp, or you’ve earned the equivalent through doing the work) Native-level English; working Hindi is a strong plus given our audience Comfort with AI tools as part of your daily workflow — you should be able to show us how you use them A point of view.
