If that excites you, read on.WHAT YOU'LL OWNRecruitment & Hiring • Write job descriptions, post on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other platforms • Source candidates actively — job boards, college outreach, referrals • Screen resumes, conduct first-round calls, coordinate interview schedules • Manage offer letters, negotiate with candidates, and close hiresOnboarding & Documentation • Handle end-to-end onboarding for every new joiner — documents, system access, induction • Maintain employee records, contracts, NDAs, and compliance paperwork • Build and improve onboarding processes so every hire feels welcomed and preparedHR Operations & Policy • Draft, maintain, and enforce HR policies — leave, attendance, conduct, performance • Run payroll coordination with the finance team — attendance tracking, salary inputs • Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day people issues • Track probation periods, performance reviews, and appraisal cyclesCulture & Engagement • Plan and run team engagement activities, celebrations, and culture initiatives • Be the first point of contact for any people-related issues or escalations • Help build a workplace where people actually want to come to workWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business, or a related field from a top-tier college in Delhi NCR • 0.5 to 2 years of experience — prior HR internships or full-time HR stints count • Has done at least one of: recruitment, onboarding, HR ops — not just theoretical knowledge • Comfortable owning things independently — no hand-holding, no micromanagement • Strong written and verbal communication in both Hindi and English • Knows basic tools — Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ideally an HRMS • Local candidate from Delhi NCR, comfortable travelling to Sector 27, Noida dailyWe're a small team.
