About FO FO is building a clinician-first AI assistant for evidence-based medical decision-making. We help physicians make better, faster, and safer decisions by combining medical intelligence, product rigor, and real-world clinical usability. We are a fast-moving healthtech startup operating at the intersection of AI, medicine, product, and growth. We are looking for a rare kind of intern: someone who is technical enough to build and test, operational enough to execute, and sharp enough to help us communicate what we are learning to the market. This is not a narrow internship. It is for someone who wants to work close to founders, learn fast, and contribute across product, engineering, growth, and content. The Role You will work across four areas: - Growth and operations: You will support growth experiments, research, operational workflows, analytics-related tasks, and execution across marketing and GTM initiatives. - Content and communication: You will help turn product learnings, user insights, benchmarks, launches, and internal thinking into strong social content, especially for LinkedIn. - Product and engineering support: You will help with lightweight technical tasks, automations, tooling, product workflows, and feature-related support work. - Testing and quality assurance: You will test product behavior, identify bugs, document issues clearly, and help improve reliability and usability. This role is ideal for someone who wants steep exposure, real ownership, and a front-row seat to how an ambitious AI healthtech company is built. What You'll Do You will support and execute across a wide range of tasks, including: - building lightweight internal tools, automations, scripts, or workflows - testing product features and documenting bugs with clarity and precision - helping structure product feedback and evaluation workflows - supporting operational tasks across product, engineering, and growth - assisting with growth experiments, research, campaign execution, and funnel-related work - helping organize data, insights, and internal learnings into usable outputs - creating high-quality content for social media, especially LinkedIn - translating technical or product topics into sharp, credible, audience-relevant posts - helping identify themes from customer feedback, product tests, market developments, and company progress - working directly with the founders and moving quickly across functions Who You Are You are likely a strong fit if you are: - highly curious and unusually fast at learning - technical enough to build useful things independently - structured enough to test, document, and operate reliably - commercially aware enough to understand how products grow - a strong writer with good judgment and clean taste - excited by startups, AI, and real-world healthcare problems - comfortable switching between technical work and market-facing work - willing to do hands-on execution rather than just strategy or theory What You Bring We do not expect perfection, but we do expect evidence that you can operate at a high level. Strong candidates will have some combination of the following: - background in computer science, software engineering, data, biomedical engineering, healthtech, or similar fields - hands-on experience with coding, scripting, automation, or building side projects - ability to work with tools such as Python, JavaScript, APIs, spreadsheets, SQL, GitHub, Notion, or similar - strong attention to detail in testing, QA, and structured problem-solving - interest in growth, product, startups, or GTM execution - ability to write clearly and communicate ideas with precision - experience creating content, running student projects, building online, or shipping side projects - strong ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity What Makes Someone Exceptional in This Role The strongest candidates are not defined by titles.
