As a front-line Hunter, you will generate high-value opportunities, build strong entry relationships with brands, and enable the Brand Solutions team to close and scale partnerships. We're growing fast and looking for someone who can help expand our footprint by bringing in the right conversations and opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities Opportunity Generation - Identify, prospect, and qualify new brand clients aligned with our offerings - Own the early sales cycle: lead generation, cold outreach, and securing first meetings - Hand over well-qualified opportunities to the Brand Solutions team with clear client context Market & Industry Expertise - Stay updated on influencer marketing and creator economy trends, competitors, and brand spend patterns - Deeply understand our services and solutions to position them effectively against client needs Network-Led Growth (PAN India) - Leverage a strong existing network of marketing leaders and decision-makers - Drive focused growth across North, West, and South markets (travel as needed) - Represent the company at industry events and networking forums Pipeline & Reporting - Maintain a strong pipeline and track prospects in the CRM - Share regular updates on opportunities, activities, and market insights Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within digital, media, ad-tech, or influencer marketing - Strong existing network of senior brand-side marketing decision-makers - Solid understanding of influencer marketing solutions and brand challenges - A true hunter mindset - proactive, target-driven, and persistent - Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
