Role Objective We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts & Finance Executive to manage our financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and contribute to accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of accounting principles, experience with audits, and the ability to interpret financial data to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Accounting & Operations - Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger management. - Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes. - Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash/inter-company transactions. 2. Statutory Compliance & Taxation - Manage filing and reconciliation for GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws (PF, ESI, and Professional Tax). - Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and tax laws to ensure the company remains compliant. 3. Reporting & Analysis - Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. - Provide data-driven insights to senior management regarding cost-saving opportunities. 4. Audit & Documentation - Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations. - Maintain fixed asset & inventory registers. Required Skills & Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (/MBA). - Software Proficiency: * knowledge of Tally Prime or ERP systems - Expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling). - Experience: 4–6 years of core accounting experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high integrity, and the ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure.
