We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially sharp professional to manage our technical order processing lifecycle—from enquiry costing support to production release. Position Summary The Order Processing Manager will act as the bridge between Sales, Survey, Vendors, Purchase, Production, and Execution teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that every confirmed order is technically correct, commercially protected, clearly documented, efficiently processed, and smoothly released into production without delays, errors, or missed details. Key Responsibilities1. Estimation & Quotation Support - Review incoming enquiries, drawings, BOQs, and specifications. - Prepare accurate RFQs to principal vendors / fabricators. - Analyze received offers, rates, inclusions, and exclusions. - Prepare professional client quotations with proper costing logic. - Coordinate with Sales and Management for approvals before release. - Improve quotation speed, accuracy, and presentation standards. - Compare final approved quotation vs client PO / work order. - Ensure scope, rates, taxes, payment terms, delivery scope, and commitments are aligned. - Highlight deviations or commercial risks immediately. 2. Order Processing & Production Release - Study survey sheets, measurements, site conditions, and installation constraints. - Verify dimensions, opening directions, levels, structural conditions, glass pockets, hardware suitability etc. - Ensure survey data is complete before production release. - Convert confirmed orders into precise production sheets / order forms. - Check every item against quotation, survey, drawings, and approvals. - Raise technical clarifications with vendors/principals. - Close pending issues quickly and systematically. - Submit clean final orders to vendors for production. - Compare estimated cost vs actual vendor cost. Ideal Candidate ProfileSkills Required - Strong technical understanding of windows / façade / aluminium / railing / glass systems. - Excellent Excel and costing skills. - Ability to read drawings and measurements. - Strong commercial judgement. - High attention to detail. - Assertive follow-up ability. - Clear written and spoken communication. - Calm under pressure with multiple projects running simultaneously. Experience Preferred - 5+ years in estimation / order processing / technical coordination / project commercial roles. - Experience with architectural products, fenestration, façade, interiors, or construction systems preferred.
