Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sports Telecaller to connect with potential customers, promote sports programs/services, and generate leads through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate should have a strong interest in sports along with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote sports programs, academies, events, or memberships - Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently - Explain services, pricing, and benefits clearly to potential clients - Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent conversion funnel - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions - Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets - Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience - Coordinate with internal teams for admissions or registrations - Actively participate in state-wide events and manage participant registrations as required Required Qualifications: - Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred - Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred) - Ability to work in a target-driven environment Preferred Skills: - Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support - Interest or background in sports (Cricket, Football, Fitness, etc.) - Good persuasion and negotiation skills - Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
