Job Title

We are seeking a senior external consultant to support our Delivery Governance team in designing, implementing, and scaling a strong digital work governance model across the organization. This role will be responsible for leading the governance framework for Asana, enabling executive reporting through Power BI, driving low-code/no-code solutions through Power Platform, and accelerating innovation through AI, agentic workflows, and rapid prototyping tools such as Cursor. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - 3+ years of experience in project governance in Asana, PMO transformation, work management, automation consulting, digital operations, or related areas - Proven experience designing and governing enterprise or large-scale Asana environments - Strong experience with Power BI dashboard design, reporting logic, and executive-level analytics - Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate - Strong understanding of business process design, governance models, and operational frameworks - Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable solutions - Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills - Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate independently
