We are looking for a Senior Graphic & Packaging Designer who can take full ownership of the brand’s visual identity — from shelf-ready packaging to high-performing digital creatives. Key Responsibilities Packaging Design (Primary Focus) Design retail-ready packaging for food products (pouches, cartons, labels, boxes) Work with deadlines, print specifications (CMYK, Pantone, bleed, safe zones) Ensure packaging is production-ready and optimized for shelf impact Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors Brand Identity & Graphic Design Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity (typography, colors, layout systems) Create marketing materials: brochures, catalogs, trade show assets Design social media creatives and product visuals Motion Graphics & Video Create short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Ads) Develop animated product mockups and explainer content Work with tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar AI-Driven Design Workflow Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva AI, etc.) Speed up concept creation, mockups, and visual iterations Continuously explore and adopt new AI tools in the workflow Must-Have Skills 3+ years of experience in graphic design with strong packaging portfolio Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) Hands-on experience with packaging and print production Proven experience using AI tools in design workflows Strong motion graphics and video editing skills Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Experience in FMCG / food / consumer product packaging Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Nice-to-Have Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Adobe Dimension, AI 3D tools) Familiarity with Arabic typography and bilingual packaging Understanding of GCC/Gulf market aesthetics Experience with Figma (brand systems/documentation) Video production skills (shooting, editing, grading) Ability to use Canva for quick-turnaround creatives
