In this role, you will oversee daily operations within the wealth management division, including overseeing client onboarding, KYC and reconciliation of daily transactions. You should have experience of dealing with Mutual Fund Transaction execution through MFU and be familiar with resolving issues with CAMS and KARVY. Experience of direct equity back-office operations will be an added advantage. You will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimize client services. Collaborating with teams, providing strategic insights, and generating reports for client review and analysis is also expected.QualificationsStrong background in Back Office Operations for Wealth Management/Financial Advisory/Investment Advisory.In-depth understanding of Investments and Finance, with the ability to understand different products and their reconciliation.Knowledge and experience in Mutual Fund Advisory/Equity Advisory and related financial products.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven expertise in the wealth management or financial services industry operations.
