We're inspired by the restraint of Fear of God Essentials and the cultural sharpness of brand. We're growing, and we need a designer who thinks the same way we do. The Role We're looking for a T-Shirt & Apparel Graphic Designer who understands that less is more, but only when that less is deliberate. You'll work directly with the founder to concept, design, and refine graphics, placements, and seasonal collections that carry real identity. What You'll Do Design T-shirt graphics, placement prints, and seasonal drop concepts Translate brand direction into clean, intentional visuals Deliver print-ready files (AI, PSD, PDF) with correct technical specs Collaborate on mood boards, colorways, and collection themes Iterate based on feedback quickly What We're Looking For 2+ years of apparel / fashion graphic design experience Strong portfolio showing restraint — minimal, typographic, or controlled bold work (no loud chaotic graphics) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (must-have) Understanding of print techniques — DTG, screen print, embroidery specs Awareness of streetwear culture and premium fashion aesthetics Ability to take a brief and run with it independently Bonus If You Have Experience designing for Indian streetwear or premium fashion brands Knowledge of GSM, fabric types, and how design translates to garment Motion/lookbook design capability What RLOKO Offers Creative freedom within a strong brand vision Direct collaboration with the founder — no corporate layers Portfolio-worthy work with a brand that has a real identity
