We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who is a strong marketing generalist with deep execution ability across inbound marketing, paid ads, content, SEO, landing pages, CRO, and analytics. This is not a narrow “ads manager” role. We’re looking for someone who understands how marketing systems work end-to-end — from strategy and positioning to campaign execution, creative direction, reporting, and optimization. Role OverviewAs a Growth Marketing Specialist at Litlabs, you’ll work across paid media, inbound marketing, demand generation, landing pages, SEO, email marketing, and analytics. You should be comfortable working with tech companies, especially startups, SaaS, AI, and B2B businesses. You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams to create campaigns, content, creatives, landing pages, and reports that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is a sharp generalist with strong fundamentals in paid ads, inbound marketing, demand generation, copywriting, analytics, and marketing automation.What You’ll Do Plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns for B2B and tech companies Build and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns , especially for B2B lead generation Work on demand generation , MQL generation, funnel strategy, and campaign optimization Create and optimize landing pages for conversion Work closely with the design team to create strong ad creatives, landing page sections, and campaign assets Write and improve copy for ads, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, emails, and campaign messaging Support SEO strategy, including keyword research, content planning, on-page SEO, and AEO/GEO optimization Build and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and lead-generation sequences Use AI and automation tools to improve campaign execution, content production, workflows, and reporting Track
