Job Summary / Role Overview We are seeking a qualified Architect to join a dynamic remote team, supporting the delivery of UK-based projects across all RIBA stages. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage projects end-to-end while maintaining high standards of design, compliance, and coordination. You will play a key role in design development, technical delivery, consultant coordination, and client engagement, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage architectural projects across RIBA Stages 0–7 Develop creative and technically sound design proposals Prepare and review planning, tender, and construction documentation Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients in a remote setting Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies Conduct and lead virtual meetings, presentations, and coordination sessions Carry out site visits where required (travel may be necessary) Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing Maintain strong quality assurance standards and detailed project documentation Required Qualifications / What We're Looking For ARB-registered Architect or equivalent international qualification 2–5 years of post-qualification experience Proven experience working on UK-based architectural projects Proficiency in Revit (essential) and AutoCAD Strong understanding of BIM workflows and collaborative tools Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong time management and ability to work independently Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team environment Strong written and verbal English proficiency Preferred Skills / Nice to Have Experience in residential and mixed-use developments Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., Passivhaus, BREEAM) Contract administration experience Familiarity with NBS specification writing Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members Work Schedule Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 GMT 12:30 PM - 09:30 PM IST Benefits / What We Offer Annual Competitive salary: INR 18,00,000 – INR 25,00,000 Fully remote working environment Opportunity to work on international (UK-based) projects Exposure to cutting-edge digital design and BIM workflows Supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused team culture Ongoing professional development and learning opportunities
