Job Description: 2D/3D Designer Department: Event Operations Location: Pan India (Remote) Open Positions: 2 Role Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 2D/3D Designer to join the Event Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality visual designs for events, including stage setups, exhibition booths, and experiential spaces. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative 2D and 3D design concepts for events, exhibitions, and brand activations Create detailed design layouts, models, and visual presentations based on client requirements Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on design execution Translate ideas into high-quality renderings and technical drawings Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining quality standards Adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools in the event industry Required Experience 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in 2D/3D designing, preferably in event/exhibition design Technical Skills Proficiency in: SketchUp Blender Autodesk 3ds Max / Maya Unreal Engine AutoCAD Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Education No specific graduation or post-graduation criteria mandated Relevant certifications or specialized courses in design tools will be preferred Key Competencies Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines High level of punctuality and accountability Willingness to learn and grow within the organization Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Compensation Competitive salary with a good hike on the last drawn CTC , based on experience and skill set
