Job Description

We are looking for a highly responsible and execution-focused Operations & Sales Manager to handle the day-to-day communication and coordination for our online coaching business. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a WORK FROM HOME profile only. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute WhatsApp communication  (broadcasts, personal messages, follow-ups) Create and manage WhatsApp groups and communities Coordinate and set up online events, webinars, and sessions Handle personalized messaging  for leads, clients, and prospects Manage email communication and campaign sending Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for events and sessions Support lead nurturing and conversion efforts Running Online Webinars Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all activities Requirements Minimum 3–4 years of experience  in operations, or sales similar roles Strong Sales understanding and Customer engagement skills Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi  (spoken & written) Comfortable with calling and interacting with clients Highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to execute tasks on time without follow-ups Experience with tools like WhatsApp Business, email platforms, or CRM tools is a plus Basic editing skills of posters on canva Work Details Remote / Work-from-home  Full-time role Flexible & fixed working hours. Evening hours are fixed hours 2-3 hours for online events - need to be available.  Fixed Timings: Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm & evening from 6-10 pm , Weekdays evenings 7-10 pm ( one off per week on Weekdays) 5-6 hours / day work schedule with flexible & fixed working hours. Salary Range: Rs 20,000 + good Incentives on sales (10-15k). Total salary range : Rs 20k-35k Probation period: 2-3 months with a fixed salary of Rs 15000. (First 2-3 months candidate will spend on understanding the tasks & will be under observation) Important : Need someone for a long term commitment for min 2 years and above.
