The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with employment laws. They will develop and implement HR strategies, manage performance reviews, design employee engagement initiatives, and ensure a positive and productive workplace. Additionally, the role involves crafting policies, promoting employee development, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. Qualifications Extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Proficiency in HR policies, compliance, and employment law Strong skills in performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement Capability in conflict resolution, decision-making, and fostering a positive organizational culture Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and discretion Ability to work effectively on-site and manage diverse teams Proficiency in HR software and tools is a strong advantage Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant certification such as SHRM or PHR is a plus Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable
