Network & System Administrator (L2 / L3) Company Description Sarbajira Software Pvt Ltd is a growing IT consulting organization delivering infrastructure, cloud, and technical support services to global customers. We are looking for an experienced technical professional who can manage enterprise systems, network infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 environments while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network & System Administrator (L2 / L3) located in Chennai. The candidate will be primarily responsible for network administration, Windows administration, Microsoft 365 administration, and technical support, while working in a 24/7 support environment. The role also involves handling calls, chats, and email-based support as part of daily operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and support network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, switches, and routers Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP issues Administer and maintain Windows servers and desktop environments Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user permissions, and access control Handle Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Monitor server performance, backups, updates, and patch management Provide L2 / L3 technical support for escalated infrastructure issues Handle incident, problem, and change management through ITSM tools Handle Calls, Chats and Emails Support end users and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Required Skills Strong experience in Network Administration Strong knowledge of Windows Administration / Windows Server Strong experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools Knowledge of system security and access management Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Qualifications Any Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field 7+ years of experience in technical infrastructure support Experience supporting international customers preferred Additional / Preferred Skills Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID ITIL Certification preferred Experience in MSP or global support environment Basic scripting knowledge is an advantage Work Details Location: Chennai Work Mode: On-site Work Schedule: 5 days a week Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts Application Requirement Immediate joiners preferred (candidates who can join within 30 days)
