Work Schedule for All Roles: 3:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST (4:30 AM EST – 1:00 PM EST) Location: India (Remote) Audit Senior Associate Experience Level: Mid-Level Overview The Audit Senior Associate plays a lead role in executing audit engagements, supervising staff, and coordinating day-to-day engagement activities. This role requires strong technical skills, project management capability, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities Lead audit engagements from planning through completion in accordance with U.S. GAAP and GAAS Perform and review audit procedures, including controls testing, substantive testing, and analytical procedures Coordinate daily engagement activities, including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up Review workpapers prepared by staff and provide constructive feedback Mentor and supervise audit associates Communicate effectively with U.S.-based managers and team members Skills Required Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent attention to detail and technical proficiency Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills Commitment to high-quality client service Qualifications 3–5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferred Nonprofit audit experience is a plus CA/CPA preferred but not required In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodologies Experience supporting U.S.-based audit teams Benefits & Perks Health Insurance for you and your dependents including parents Provident Fund Generous Leave Policy and Paid Holidays per Calendar Year
