Urgently Hiring Content & Social Media Executive (Hybrid Role)About the RoleWe are looking for someone who doesn’t just “use” social media but lives it.This is a hybrid role for a highly passionate individual who consumes content like it’s second nature.If you constantly analyze reels, trends, hooks, creators, and virality patterns-and can edit content that performs-this role is built for you.You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence end-to-end.Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and manage content across social media platforms- Handle daily posting, scheduling, and publishing of content- Edit high-performing short-form and Long form content (Youtube Videos, Reels, Shorts, etc.)- Add hooks, captions, transitions, subtitles, and retention elements- Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms- Assist in content ideation, hooks, and scripting direction- Analyze content performance and continuously optimize- Maintain consistency in brand voice, quality, and engagementWho We’re Looking For- Someone who breathes content- you watch, study, and break down content daily- Strong editing sense (you know pacing, cuts, hooks, and retention)- Familiar with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software- Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content ecosystems- Obsessed with growth, engagement, and audience psychology- High ownership mindset-you take initiative without being told- Long-term commitment mindset (not a short-term opportunity seeker)- Work SetupHybrid role (remote + in-person collaboration when required)- Commitment RequirementThis is a long-term role, and selected candidates will be required to sign a minimum 1-year commitment agreement.Salary: 10-15K per month
