If you come from amarketing, branding, agency, or coordination backgroundand enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly and require ownership, this role will fit well.Key Responsibilities Work directly with leadership onstrategic and operational projects Coordinate across teams(Marketing, Branding, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution Tracktimelines, deliverables, and dependenciesacross multiple initiatives Driveday-to-day follow-upsto ensure tasks are completed on time Act as acentral point of communicationbetween internal teams and external stakeholders Support execution ofmarketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives Identifygaps, delays, and bottlenecksand proactively resolve them Bring structure, clarity, and accountability to ongoing projectsWho You Are 2–5 years of experience inmarketing, branding, agency, coordination, or business operations roles Strong atexecution, follow-ups, and getting things done Highly organized with the ability to managemultiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable working closely with leadership in ahigh-ownership, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solver with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
