We actually reverse Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, and Obesity — not manage them, reverse them. Doctor-led, evidence-based, real outcomes. Our clinical work is genuinely compelling. Our social media presence? We are building that now, and we want the right person to own it. We already have an editor and a photographer in the house. What we need is the brain — someone who knows what to make, why to make it, and how to make it hit. WHAT THIS ROLE IS If your first instinct when you see a trending audio is to already have three content ideas for it — this is probably your kind of role. We are looking for someone who is genuinely obsessed with Instagram. Not just good at it — obsessed. Someone who knows what is heavy on the platform right now, what formats are working, what the algorithm is doing this week, and how to make content that actually gets seen. Instagram is your primary home. You will also manage YouTube across multiple pages and handles. You will work with our in-house editor and photographer to produce content that is clinically credible and platform-native. AI tools are a core part of how you work — not something you are still figuring out. You are expected to move fast, stay ahead, and take the numbers up. There is no rigid monthly calendar framework here. Content needs to go out consistently and deliverables need to be met — but how you get there is yours to figure out. Trends do not wait for planning cycles and neither should you. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAS) Content Direction & Publishing - Keep content going out consistently across Instagram and YouTube — no dark periods, no dry spells - Develop platform-specific content angles: Reels and carousels for Instagram, long-form and Shorts for YouTube - Map content to what ReDiaL actually stands for — awareness, trust, patient education, and getting people to act - Stay on top of trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments — and move on them fast when they are relevant - Brief the editor and photographer before every shoot — references, vibe, format, and what platform it is going on 2 AI-Powered Production - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, Manas Ai, or equivalent) as a standard part of the content creation workflow - Use AI for ideation, hook writing, caption drafting, script outlines, repurposing long-form content into short clips, and generating creative direction references - Stay current on the best AI tools for content production and introduce new tools to the workflow when they improve output quality or speed - Maintain a high standard for AI-assisted output — AI helps produce, human judgement defines quality and brand voice - Build a content repurposing system: one shoot or piece of content should yield multiple formats across multiple platforms 3 Instagram Management (Multiple Pages) - Manage and grow multiple ReDiaL Instagram pages — clinic page, brand page, and any affiliated handles - Develop a distinct content identity and tone for each page based on its audience and purpose - Plan, produce, and publish Reels, carousels, stories, and static posts consistently — with no publishing gaps - Drive Reels reach and saves as the primary growth levers; monitor what converts to follows and profile visits - Engage with the community — respond to comments, manage DMs related to content, and build audience relationships - Monitor and analyse Instagram Insights weekly — reach, impressions, follower growth, saves, shares, and profile visits 4 YouTube Channel Management - Plan and publish YouTube content — long-form patient stories, doctor explainers, programme walkthroughs, and short-form Shorts - Write or oversee video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails optimised for YouTube SEO and CTR - Build a content series structure that creates repeat viewership and channel authority in the metabolic health space - Coordinate with the editor for video cuts, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnail production - Track YouTube analytics: watch time, CTR, subscriber growth, top-performing videos, and drop-off points 5 Performance Tracking & Growth - Own the numbers across all platforms and pages — updated regularly, not just when someone asks - Set growth targets for reach, follower count, engagement, saves, and video views — and actually hit them - Do a regular content review: what landed, what flopped, and what to do more of - Dig into competitor accounts, audience comments, and platform data to find what to chase next - Share a clear social media snapshot with the Founder's Office each month — what happened and what is coming 6 Ads, Funnels & Creatives Support - Understand how organic content feeds into paid ad campaigns — and produce ad-ready creatives from the content pipeline - Collaborate with the performance marketing team on creative briefs for Meta and Google ads — particularly hooks, thumbnails, and video creatives - Have a working understanding of landing pages and conversion funnels — and how social content drives or drops off at each stage - Identify high-performing organic content and flag it for paid amplification - Ensure consistency between organic content, ad creatives, and landing page messaging across all campaigns PLATFORMS & TOOLS — WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW COLDSocial Platforms AI Production Tools Analytics & Planning - Instagram (Creator Studio, Business Suite) - YouTube Studio - Meta Business Suite - ChatGPT / Claude (scripting, captions, ideation) - Canva / Canva AI (creatives, carousels) - CapCut / CapCut AI (Reels editing) - Midjourney / Adobe Firefly (visuals) - ElevenLabs / HeyGen (AI video, voiceover) - Instagram & YouTube Native Analytics - Meta Insights - Google Analytics (basic) - Notion / Sheets (content calendar) - Later / Buffer (scheduling, optional) QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND REQUIRED - 3+ years managing brand social media accounts — not just personal pages - Deep, native understanding of Instagram — algorithm, formats, growth mechanics, and analytics - Proven track record of growing a channel's reach, followers, or engagement — with numbers to show - Experience using AI tools as part of a production workflow, not just experimenting with them - Ability to brief and direct a photographer and editor clearly — you do not need to shoot or cut, but you must know exactly what you want - Basic understanding of paid ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels on Meta - Strong written communication — captions, scripts, and briefs in both English and Hindi PREFERRED (STRONG ADVANTAGE) - Prior experience in health, wellness, or lifestyle brand content - YouTube channel management experience — SEO, thumbnails, series structure - Experience managing multiple Instagram pages simultaneously - Familiarity with health and wellness content regulations and responsible messaging - Experience producing or directing video content — Reels, testimonials, explainers - Understanding of the Indian digital health audience — what resonates, what does not WHO WE ARE ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR Someone who scrolls Instagram and thinks in content. Who sees a patient's result and immediately knows the hook, the format, and the caption. Who does not need to be told what is trending — they already know. Who has opinions about why some Reels die and others blow up. Social media is not a job for this person.
