About The Role We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist who has hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency and managing clients across multiple industries. Roles & Responsibilities - Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies for multiple clients across different industries - Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand tone, trends, and marketing goals - Ideate and oversee high-quality content including reels, carousels, and static posts - Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts tailored for different niches - Manage and grow brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn - Coordinate with designers, video editors, and performance marketers for seamless execution - Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights - Stay updated with latest trends, audio, and platform updates - Handle client communication and present strategies/reports professionally Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency - Proven experience in handling multiple clients across different niches (Food, Restaurants, IT, etc.) - Strong understanding of content strategy, audience behavior, and social media trends - Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently - Basic understanding of performance marketing (Meta Ads) is a plus - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetic and minimal content Preferred Skills - Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Trello, Google Analytics - Understanding of influencer marketing collaborations - Knowledge of branding and storytelling techniques
