We're Looking for a Business Development Partner — Not Just an Employee At Creative Rascals, we make films that move people. Destination campaigns for Turkey, France, and Canada. Brand films for Puma, Sony, Swarovski, and Taj Hotels. Work we're genuinely proud of. We're a small, focused Delhi-based studio — and we're growing. To do that, we need someone who knows how to open doors. The Opportunity This isn't a traditional salaried role. We're looking for a sharp, well-networked Business Development professional who earns on what they close — a commission on every piece of business they bring in. Work from wherever you are, on your own schedule. If you have the right relationships and the skill to convert them, we want to talk. What You'd Be Doing - Identifying and approaching brands, agencies, and tourism boards that are a natural fit for our work - Turning your existing network into real conversations and real briefs - Representing Creative Rascals in a way that feels authentic, not pushy - Collaborating with our team when pitches need creative support Who We're Looking For You've spent time in or around the media, advertising, production, or brand-marketing world. You understand how decisions get made and who makes them. You're entrepreneurial by nature — commission-based work excites you rather than worries you. You don't need hand-holding. You know your pipeline. Experience on either the agency side or the brand/client side works. What matters most is your network and your ability to close.
