About the Role Gehi & Associates is a premier U.S. Immigration law firm, and we are looking for a highly creative and strategic Script Writer to join our content team full-time. Legal content doesn't have to be boring. Your primary goal will be to translate complex immigration topics, legal updates, and inspiring client success stories into highly engaging, viral-worthy video scripts for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok. Role: Full time role compensation: 40k to 50k inr per month fixed. Experience: 7+ years will be considered. Timings: During afternoon/evening time IST - 4pm to 1am IST Schedule: Monday to Saturday. Send your resumes/ portfolios at whatsapp: +91 7038002137 Roles & Responsibilities - Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement). - Track and analyse primary metrics, revenue and paid ad initiatives weekly and monthly. - Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently. - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve. - Client Success Storytelling: Interview clients or work with the legal team to draft compelling, emotionally resonant narrative scripts that highlight successful case outcomes (e.G., stopping deportation, winning asylum, securing a Green Card). - Campaign Management & Strategy: Planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to meet business goals. - Content Creation & Management: Producing, editing, and distributing engaging content—including blog posts, social media updates, and website copy—to increase brand awareness. - SEO & SEM: Optimizing website content and structure for search engines while managing paid advertising budgets on platforms like Google Ads. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI, and using these insights to optimize future performance. - Social Media Marketing: Maintaining a strong online presence, scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences across social platforms. - Market Research: Analyzing competitor strategies, consumer behavior, and industry trends to stay ahead of the digital landscape. Qualifications & Candidate Profile - A bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Visual Design, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations. - 2+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles. - Knowledge of content management tools like CMS Hub, Squarespace, or WordPress. - Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies. - Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends. - Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. - - .Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, pacing, and what makes a video perform well on YouTube versus Instagram - .Strong time-management skills to handle a full-day, 6-day-a-week schedule and consistently meet content production deadlines -
