About the role This role focuses on assisting with operations, coordinating with on-ground staff, and ensuring that standard processes and safety guidelines are followed. helps in basic documentation, monitoring routine activities, and supporting the implementation of waste management practices under guidance. Working closely with supervisors and team members, the role provides hands-on exposure to plant operations, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination, while contributing to efficient and sustainable waste management outcomes. What you'll do - - The coordinator will report to Deputy Lead - Supports daily operations, improve internal processes - Monitor progress of Yoga ToT program implemented by team - Ensure an average of 25-30 participants per session - Identify and manage 15 new changemakers for Yoga ToT program per quarter - Conduct and monitor awareness sessions about Yoga, planned by BCM and CM - Team Management (BCMs/CMs) including Changemaker to Block Changemaker progression - Monitoring and Evaluation: - Manage MIS and Oversee Impact App usage by BCM and CM - Stories of change (with testimonials and success stories) - Impact assessment (pre/post surveys) - Manage data, reports, dashboards Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's in yoga/health, development or social work - Having yoga certifications will be a plus - At least 3 years of work experience or more - Ability to communicate with women, sarpanch, SHGs, and other village-level institutions. - Passion to work on field with the rural community - Able and ready to commute or stay in villages - Able to manage data and write reports - Enthusiastic learner - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point - Can communicate in Punjabi and can read/write in English.
