Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Reservationist with excellent spoken English and strong familiarity with the US accent to support the group's US-based short-term vacation rental portfolio. This is a remote role based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to confidently engage with international guests while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Reservationists at Yonder play a critical role in managing guest interactions, reservations, and coordination across multiple property brands, directly impacting revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Manage guest inquiries, reservations, modifications, cancellations, and confirmations across multiple hospitality brands. - Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies. - Handle guest concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving. - Coordinate with internal teams and property partners to ensure seamless guest experiences. - Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction. - Identify opportunities to improve reservation workflows and overall guest experience. - Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Perform additional related duties as required to support operations. Key Competencies - Fluent spoken English with a clear voice and strong US accent familiarity (mandatory). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. - Experience working with reservation systems, PMS tools, or CRM platforms. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive, solution-oriented approach to guest service. Qualifications & Experience Skills - Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills. - Confidence and clarity while interacting with US-based customers. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Abilities - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, software, and processes. - Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals serving US clients (strongly preferred). - Prior experience in reservations, hospitality operations, or sales is an added advantage.
