About the Role The Cluster Head for the Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Gujarat region is a critical leadership role responsible for the overall operational and financial health of multiple gems and jewellery retail outlets. Key Responsibilities - Business & Sales Management: Driving revenue growth and profitability across all stores in the assigned states. This includes setting monthly and annual sales targets and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like footfall, conversion ratios, and Average Selling Price (ASP). - Operational Excellence: Overseeing daily functioning to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visual merchandising (VM) guidelines. - Inventory & Risk Control: Managing stock movement, allocation, and audits to control shrinkage and minimize aged inventory. - Team Leadership: Mentoring store managers, conducting performance reviews, and identifying training needs to build high-performing teams across the cluster. - Expansion & Strategy: Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with senior management on market intelligence and expansion planning. Required Skills & Qualifications - 8-10 years in gems and jewellery or luxury retail, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing multiple locations. - Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. - Deep knowledge of jewellery categories such as gold, diamonds, platinum, and solitaires, including grading and pricing structures. - Strong communication for handling HNI/VIP escalations and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. - Flexibility to travel frequently between stores in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Gujarat
