About Team We are 60+ member team with 55 people in our Plant in Odisha. We are hiring for a Plant Manager in Balangir, Odisha. Responsibilities - Build relationship with all Raw material and Ingredient suppliers - Prepare SOP & Quality parameters for all ayurvedic ingredients & herbs - Implement quality check SOPs prepared across all the Raw material & Finished goods - Manage inwarding, storage, processing, packaging & dispatch of Powders & Oils - Ensure Quality checks for all products - Manage inventory levels & order fulfillment - Coordinate logistics & shipping processes Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a similar role of Herbs Procurement - Should know Microsoft Excel and Office - Strong organizational and communication skills - Strong ability to multitask Plant Details - Location - Homeda Plant, Chandanbhati Road, Balangir, Odisha, 767001 - Office Timings - 10:00am to 7:00pm - 6 days Work week
