Position - 3 Job Title: Property Manager Location: Haldwani, Dehradun, Jim Corbett Benefits: Performance Incentives Job Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities: - Lead and manage operational strategy for all budget and mid-scale hotel properties - Implement SOPs and best practices to standardize operations across properties - Ensure consistent service delivery across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Support departments - Monitor key operational metrics and drive improvement initiatives - Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability across properties - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management in coordination with finance teams - Analyze financial performance and implement corrective strategies to meet targets - Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores for service improvement - Conduct quality audits and implement corrective action plans - Lead, mentor, and support Unit Heads / Property Managers across properties - Build a performance-driven culture through training and employee engagement - Ensure compliance with brand standards, licenses, safety protocols, and legal requirements - Support corporate Sales & Marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth - Assist in corporate contracts, partnerships, and local tie-ups - Support new hotel openings, pre-opening operations, and property integration - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business Administration - MBA / PG Diploma in Hospitality or related field (Preferred) Experience: - Minimum 7+ years of hotel operations experience in budget/mid-scale hotels - Minimum 5+ years experience in senior leadership role with multi-property oversight - Proven track record in improving operational performance and profitability Requirements / Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent financial acumen with P&L ownership experience - Strong planning, execution, and analytical skills - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Customer-centric mindset with focus on service excellence
