Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Domestic Banking) Location: Kolkata, Saltlake sector v Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound/outbound calls and handle escalation cases. Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via calls and chats - Providing product/service information to customers - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass qualification - Fresher and experienced both can apply - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in any two of these languages: English/Hindi/ Bengali/Odia/Maithili/Bhojpuri/Assamese Shifts: For male employees: any 9 hours during 24x7 (Including Night shift) For female employees: any 9 hours during 7 am to 8 pm.
