Role Overview We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Accounts & Finance function. This role will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial discipline across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in an export-oriented business and be capable of handling end-to-end accounting and financial management. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the complete accounting function of the organization - Ensure timely finalization of books of accounts and financial statements - Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances - Manage export-related financial processes, including documentation and compliance - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planning - Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banking partners - Implement and maintain financial controls and processes - Provide financial insights to support business decision-making Requirements - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in an export house - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance - Experience in handling export documentation and international transactions - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Background - Experience in manufacturing or sports goods industry - Exposure to international business operations - Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Personal Attributes - High level of ownership and accountability - Detail-oriented with strong accuracy - Structured and process-driven approach - Ability to manage and lead a team How to Apply Please share your CV at careers@, subject line: CA – {Your Name}
