Job Description

1. Retail Sales Execution - Execute outlet coverage plans across the assigned territory. - Drive retail expansion initiatives in identified markets. - Ensure regular market visits as per the defined outlet universe and coverage norms. - Communicate retailer targets and follow up for achievement. - Conduct audits to ensure availability and visibility of retail assets (display units, header boards, etc.). 2. Field Team Supervision - Supervise and monitor the performance of promoters, FOS, and team leaders. - Drive monthly sales priorities and productivity targets. - Conduct regular gate meetings and review sessions with field teams. - Improve throughput from manned and unmanned outlets. 3. Sell-Through Management - Monitor stock availability of key SKUs at retail outlets. - Ensure the timely availability of new products and priority models. - Escalate supply gaps and stock issues to relevant stakeholders. 4. Sell-Out Management - Drive daily retail activations and monthly target achievement. - Maximize outlet productivity and revenue contribution. - Track daily performance vs targets and ensure corrective actions. - Ensure scheme communication and outlet compliance. - Drive the performance of new product launches during campaign periods. 5. Market Monitoring & Reporting - Conduct retailer and field team performance reviews. - Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. - Highlight market challenges and underperformance to leadership. 6. Market Coordination - Coordinate with distributors and market partners for smooth execution. - Support the implementation of approved sales schemes and initiatives. - Share market intelligence and competitor feedback. - Support periodic data collection and business review activities.
