Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales cum Business Development Specialist located in Jharkhand, India. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, developing and managing client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and providing product training when required. The Specialist will also oversee sales management activities, including setting goals, assessing market potential, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth within the healthcare sector. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships - Experience in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and meet targets effectively - Ability to deliver Training sessions for customers and clients to ensure product knowledge and satisfaction - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is advantageous - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Knowledge or experience within the healthcare sector is a plus
