Serving as a strategic hub, it strengthens our technology backbone and drives digital transformation across our worldwide operations - Title: Menu Management Lead Menu Management Lead will be driving catalogue configuration for all ADP, NCR and IPAAS integrated channels. This role will include responsibility for all the brands and countries wherever integration exists. The candidate will also be responsible as SPOC for delivering Aggregator, Mobile App & WEB Brand service requests, new menu onboarding for Aggregators, Mobile App & WEB and drive reducing price mismatches for all specific channels. Reporting To: Digital Experience Manager Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor team performance and report on metrics. • To ensure timely integration with minimal defects Key project responsibilities will include – Integrated Digital Platform, Mobile Apps, PWAs & AGGs. • Work with businesses to understand processes and procedures and help to improve whenever possible. • Handling escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary. • Identify and solve problems in operational processes and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures. • Provides prompt action and service on Business Unit issues. • Coordinate, schedule and implement solutions, bug fixes released by the vendors without any production impact to the business. • Maintain defined (quality) and productivity standards. •Knowledge on Catalogue Menu Management, Promotions/ Coupons & Price update for whole menu. •Maintaining and sharing daily updates to the Manager. • Be alert and knowledgeable on any new solutions and / or application updates or bug fixes as and when being released by vendors, review such solutions and applicability on environment being supported. • Able to track and manage a large number of simultaneous activities, cross-team dependent activities. • Performance improvement of team and processes. • Monitoring, organizing, and coaching team on a day-to-day basis. • Communicating the company's purpose, core values, vision to the front employees. • Ensuring that the employees follow their schedules properly as designed. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. - 5+ years of experience in content management and ecommerce platforms. - Experience in Magento and other content management Tools SoapUI / Postman / NCR CMS / SDM POS. - Knowledge of JIRA. Proficient in XML, JSON, SDK & Troubleshooting skills. - Good to have experience opensource technology like in Mongo DB / Aerospike. - Should have led a team from 2-3 resources minimum. - Experience in managing Arabic content is a plus. - Experience in Quality Assurance is a plus. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. - Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Experience with database queries and good understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. - Good knowledge of HTML & JavaScript/jQuery. - Integrations, Aggregators - Tech Incident, Problem Management, Inputs to Change Mgmt. and Assisting to improve Monitoring.
