Job Title: Lead Brand & Content Location: Noida Department: Brand & Content Reporting To: Creative Director / Founder Full time at site position Qualifications 10+ years’ experience in Brand Communications with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Brand and communication design or Marketing from a reputed institute. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Brand and marketing strategies. Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand & Content Head to lead how the brand is built and communicated across all touchpoints. This role will be responsible for defining the brand narrative, translating collections into clear and compelling stories, and ensuring consistency across digital, retail, and campaigns. You will drive the end-to-end content and brand strategy, from concept to execution, covering launches, campaigns, and always-on content. The role requires a strong ability to balance aesthetics with business goals, ensuring that all creative output not only builds a distinctive brand identity but also drives engagement, growth, and relevance. You play a vital role in expansion of brand led business globally. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning Own and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, and voice Develop brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and narratives Align internal stakeholders on consistent brand communication Build a distinctive, high-recall brand identity in the market Content Strategy & Execution Own end-to-end content ecosystem across platforms Plan and execute monthly and campaign-led content calendars Lead content creation across formats (video, editorial, social, campaigns) Deliver high-performing, consistent, and engaging content output Creative Direction Own the overall creative vision and aesthetic of the brand Direct shoots, campaigns, and visual storytelling Review and approve all creative assets across channels Establish a distinctive and premium visual identity Digital & Social Leadership Own growth and engagement across all digital platforms Drive platform strategy and real-time trend integration Manage social storytelling and community engagement Achieve strong engagement, audience growth, and brand affinity Team Leadership Own performance and output quality of the content and creative team Hire, mentor, and develop internal talent Manage agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional collaboration Build a high-performing, agile, and inspired team Performance & Analytics Own measurement of brand and content impact Track, analyse, and derive insights from key performance metrics Optimize campaigns and content strategy based on data Drive improved ROI and measurable brand growth Key Requirements Luxury Fashion DNA Must come from a luxury / designer fashion background with a strong understanding of brand building and sustenance. Deep appreciation of craftsmanship, storytelling, and cultural relevance in fashion Concept-First Thinking Own and develop key seed concepts across all touchpoints (digital + retail experiences) Lead launch stories, launch strategies, and content distribution frameworks Translate abstract ideas into cohesive, high-impact brand narratives Creative + Business Balance Ability to balance aesthetics with business outcomes Understand desirability vs conversion and bridge both seamlessly Campaign & Shoot Leadership Conceptualize and lead: Campaign shoots & lookbook shoots Dynamic / digital-first shoots Performance ads, emailers, and Bite Speed journeys Ensure strong, unified storytelling across all outputs Strong Content Intelligence Strong command over written content, tone, and brand voice Ability to clearly differentiate and direct: Collection notes PR notes Ad copy Platform-specific social media copy Mood boarding & Visual Direction Strong mood boarding skills to translate brand vision into execution Ability to guide internal teams and external partners with clarity Maintain a distinct and consistent brand POV and aesthetic language Digital & Data Fluency (in collaboration with Marketing) Deep understanding of digital platforms and content ecosystems Strong eye for data, insights, and performance metrics Ability to pivot strategies and build brand-specific content frameworks Contribute to building strong, ownable brand assets and voice Creative Network & Collaboration Identify, onboard, and collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, animators, and agencies Build a strong ecosystem of creative talent Work closely with PR to drive UGC and community engagement Culture & Community Builder Build strong external relationships within the fashion and creative ecosystem Act as a cultural custodian of the brand (internally and externally) Play a key role in shaping the brand’s voice, community, and cultural relevance Why Join Us Opportunity to build a culturally relevant, design-led brand High ownership with creative and strategic influence Work at the intersection of fashion, storytelling, and community building Be a key voice in shaping what the brand stands for If this resonates with you, please send your resume and portfolio at
