About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Program Associate to work closely with leadership on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. This is not a conventional project management role—this position is focused on driving execution, ensuring follow-through, and keeping multiple teams aligned . If you come from a marketing, branding, agency, or coordination background and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly and require ownership, this role will fit well. Key Responsibilities Work directly with leadership on strategic and operational projects Coordinate across teams (Marketing, Branding, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple initiatives Drive day-to-day follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time Act as a central point of communication between internal teams and external stakeholders Support execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives Identify gaps, delays, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them Bring structure, clarity, and accountability to ongoing projects Who You Are 2–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, agency, coordination, or business operations roles Strong at execution, follow-ups, and getting things done Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable working closely with leadership in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solver with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
