Brief Description We're hiring Insurance Specialists to bring real-world insurance expertise into AI training workflows. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and help model how underwriting, claims, and risk decisions are made in practice. What You'll Do - Evaluate AI-generated insurance outputs for accuracy - Translate underwriting and claims workflows into tasks - Analyze risk, coverage, and policy decisions - Provide clear reasoning behind decisions - Help define strong insurance judgment Domain Focus - Underwriting and risk selection - Policy pricing and coverage analysis - Claims evaluation and adjudication - Loss estimation and reserving - Regulatory and compliance considerations Requirements - 5-8+ years in insurance (underwriting, claims, actuarial, etc.) - Strong understanding of risk and coverage - Ability to clearly explain decisions - Relevant certifications a plus (CPCU, etc.) You May Be a Good Fit If - You've made real underwriting or claims decisions - You understand risk deeply - You communicate clearly and logically
