We support our clients' needs in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units, and we have managed portfolios in the Biologics space, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics, and Packaging & Delivery Systems.Brief Introduction:We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our HEOR Analytics team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data science, healthcare, and business strategy to support pharmaceutical clients in demonstrating the clinical and economic value of their products.You will leverage clinical trial and real-world data to develop robust economic models, generate actionable insights, and inform pricing, reimbursement, and market access decisions.Responsibilities:Conduct statistical analyses on clinical trial and real-world datasets to derive insights such as treatment effects, survival outcomes, healthcare resource utilization, and health utility estimatesDevelop and implement health economic models (e.g., cost-effectiveness, budget impact models) aligned with client and product strategyPerform scenario and sensitivity analyses (univariate, multivariate, and probabilistic) to assess model robustness and uncertaintyDesign and execute analytical research projects, including study conceptualization, methodology selection, and result interpretationAnalyze large healthcare datasets such as claims data and electronic health records using advanced statistical techniquesPrepare high-quality deliverables including model documentation, technical reports, user guides, presentations, and publicationsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams and HEOR/product leads to ensure alignment with strategic objectivesTranslate complex analytical findings into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersServe as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and project deliveryDevelop metrics and frameworks to track business impact and support decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)3-5 years of experience in HEOR, healthcare analytics, or pharmaceutical consultingStrong understanding of health economic modeling techniques and outcomes researchProficiency in statistical and analytical tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS, or similar)Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (modeling) and PowerPoint (storytelling and presentations)Experience working with clinical trial data, claims data, or real-world evidenceOther Competencies:Entrepreneurial orientation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Innovative and collaborative behavior, team player.Customer centricity and paying attention to details.
