Key Responsibilities: - Tender Identification: Monitor various portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP) for relevant tender opportunities. - Documentation & Submission: Prepare, review, and compile technical and financial proposals, ensuring timely submission. - Compliance & Analysis: Analyze RFQ/tender documents to evaluate technical and financial eligibility criteria. - Coordination: Liaise with sales, technical, and commercial departments to collect necessary documentation. - Portal Management: Handle ERP, Ariba Portal, E-tendering/GeM portal processes, including clarifications and bidding. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience: Proven experience (2–5 years) in tendering, procurement, or bid management. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-tendering platforms. - Knowledge: Understanding of procurement policies, bidding processes, and contract management. Qualifications - Proficiency in Tender Preparation, Documentation, and Submission - Strong Analytical and Research Skills - Experience in Compliance Verification and Bid Coordination - Detail-oriented with excellent Organizational and Time Management Abilities - Understanding of Procurement Processes in Mining, Mineral Processing, or Heavy Industries (preferred) - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field - Previous experience in tendering roles or business development is an advantage
