Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Call Center Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising daily operations of the call center, leading a team of customer service representatives (CSRs) to achieve performance goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. Additional responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, providing training and mentoring to the team, handling escalations, and collaborating closely with management to improve processes and enhance overall team performance.
