Understand patient concerns, lifestyle challenges, and health goals. Clearly explain clinic services, treatment plans, and program benefits. Educate patients on disease reversal outcomes, timelines, and expected commitment. Create confidence in the patient about the clinic’s approach and success methodology. 2) Sales Conversion & Revenue GenerationConvert doctor consultations and walk-ins into paid program enrolments. Understand patient needs and recommend suitable packages and treatment plans. Confidently handle objections related to price, time, family concerns, and program commitment. Drive daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets assigned by management. Up sell longer-duration packages, add-on services, and renewal plans wherever relevant. Maximize consultation-to-enrolment conversion ratio. 3) Follow-ups & Lead ManagementFollow up with non-converted walk-ins through calls and WhatsApp. Maintain strong follow-up discipline to improve conversion rates. Track pending decisions, revisit leads, and close warm prospects. Coordinate with tele calling and CRM teams for reactivation opportunities. 4) Coordination & Patient On boardingCoordinate with doctors, nutritionists, yoga trainers, and CRM teams for smooth on boarding. Ensure patients clearly understand next steps after enrolment. Support handover to the client success / CRM team. Ensure seamless patient experience from first visit to enrolment. 5) Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily / weekly sales reports and walk-in conversion tracker. Update lead status, package discussion, objections, and final outcome in CRM. Share sales insights, lost-lead reasons, and patient concerns with management. Track conversion trends and suggest improvements. 6) Relationship Building & Retention SupportBuild trust and strong emotional confidence with patients and their families. Encourage renewals, referrals, and repeat package upgrades. Collect testimonials and Google reviews from satisfied patients. Support the clinic’s reputation through excellent patient communication.
