About the role The Front Office Executive runs the front desk at the property. You are the first and last in-person touchpoint for every guest, and the operational hub connecting housekeeping, F&B, and reservations. Key responsibilities - Handle check-in and check-out with accuracy and warmth. - Manage the PMS — reservations, room blocks, billing, and reports. - Answer in-house calls, handle concierge requests, and recommend local experiences. - Coordinate arrival logistics — pick-ups, welcome drinks, room allocation, and special touches. - Handle guest grievances at the front desk and escalate where needed. - Take direct walk-in bookings and phone enquiries; coordinate with centralised Reservations for availability. - Close the shift — cash handling, daily reports, handover notes, and next-day arrival preparation. - Maintain the guest history and feed updates into Zoho CRM for future stays. What we're looking for - 1–4 years at a hotel front desk. - Working knowledge of a PMS (IDS, eZee, Hotelogix, Opera, or similar). - Clear spoken and written English; conversational Hindi. - Presentable, polite, and comfortable with shift work including nights on rotation. - Basic cash-handling and billing experience. - Hotel management diploma or degree preferred.
