About the Role The Field Sales Executive (Fresher) is the engine of the Solar on Wheels project. You will be EAPL's boots on the ground — managing the SOW vehicle through your territory every single working day, converting roads into revenue and strangers into solar customers. This is not a desk job. This is a high-energy, high-accountability, results-first role designed for energetic freshers ready to build a career in Solar Energy sector. Responsibilities - Field Deployment on SOW Vehicle - Manage & accompany (wherever needed) with driver of Solar on Wheels (SOW) vehicle, Solar Sales Team, Distributor Team & Field Force on the assigned territory route — without exception. - Be present, prepared, and ready to engage at every stop from the moment the vehicle departs. - Public Place Activation (ACTIVATE THE STREETS!) - Train the Team to - Set up Solar on Wheels vehicle at high-footfall public locations including malls, hospitals, commercial complexes, residential societies, and office parks – ensure all local permission are in place. - Train Them to Proactively engage with walk-in consumers— pitch, demonstrate, excite, and convert. - Train them to Collect structured leads at every activation point. Every person you speak to is a potential customer. - Tough Dealer Engagement & Demo Execution - Set up vehicle at dealer which are not currently working with Eastman and execute product demonstrations to gathered crowd staff. - Ensure each dealer interaction is purposeful — product knowledge, pitch quality, and follow-through are non-negotiable. - Lead Follow-Up — 100% Within 48 Hours - Follow up on EVERY lead captured — dealer or consumer — within 48 hours. - Actively progress each lead toward dealer enrolment or a direct consumer sale. - A lead with no follow-up is a lead lost. Your pipeline is your responsibility. - Daily Reporting to Program Manager - Submit a daily outcome report to Program Manager covering demos completed, leads captured, and conversions achieved. - Reports must be factual, timely, and complete. - Intelligent Route Planning - Actively contribute to route planning to maximize the SOW's reach — ensuring the message of Solar on Wheels hits the maximum number of people each day. - Prioritize untouched dealers within the territory who have never been approached. - Re-engage non-working/inactive Eastman dealers to reactivate them into the network. - Route planning should be smart, strategic, and constantly evolving. Qualifications Fresh MBA Graduates (Sales & Marketing) /B.Tech/B.sc Experience- 0-1 year of experience Required Skills - Passionate about the field working, meeting people & building real conversations — every day, all day. - Keen to learn Solar products, sales techniques & dealer ecosystem inside out. - Comfortable working on the field. - Strong spoken communication in Hindi & English: Local Language is a bonus. - Smartphone Savvy for reporting. - Two Wheeler Mandatory for market working.
