Business Development Specialist - Restaurant Partnerships Join Club Feast and Help Reshape the Restaurant Industry Club Feast is a fast-growing startup transforming food delivery and corporate catering by empowering local and minority-owned restaurants. We help restaurants unlock new revenue streams by connecting them with organizations across the U.S. As we grow, we’re looking for a Restaurant Business Development Representative who is strong in negotiation, deal-making, and business conversations , and can confidently speak about revenue, margins, and value with restaurant owners. Your Role This is a sales-focused role with a strong negotiation component . You will be responsible for bringing restaurant partners onto the platform by leading conversations that focus on business value, revenue potential, and long-term growth . You are not just selling a service — you are helping restaurant owners understand how to make more money. What You’ll Do Restaurant Outreach & Deal Closing Identify and connect with restaurant owners through outbound outreach (calls, emails, etc.) Lead sales conversations and guide partners through the decision-making process Close new restaurant partnerships by clearly communicating value Negotiation & Business Conversations Confidently discuss pricing and margins Negotiate partnership terms that align with both the restaurant and Club Feast Handle objections and push deals forward with clarity and confidence Pipeline & Execution Manage and track deals using HubSpot (CRM) Maintain a strong and consistent pipeline Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding after closing Market Growth Help expand into new markets by securing strong restaurant partners Share feedback and insights to improve sales approach and positioning What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles Background in finance, business, economics, or a related field (professional or academic) Strong negotiation and closing skills Comfortable discussing numbers, pricing, and revenue with business owners Experience in restaurant, food delivery, hospitality, or similar industries is a strong plus Excellent communication skills in English Confident, persuasive, and results-driven Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Ability to work remotely aligned with U.S. business hours MBA is a plus Why Join Club Feast High-impact role in a fast-growing startup Direct exposure to revenue-driving conversations Work closely with leadership and scaling teams Remote flexibility Performance-based compensation / commission structure Strong growth opportunities as the company expands Ready to Apply Join Club Feast and help restaurants grow while building a high-impact career in business development.
